Battletech by Radio Over Moscow (precursor to Anecdata) was released on 18 July, 2009. The first Kosh Records recording, so somewhat primitive in its sound, but already the seeds of the synthgrunge sound were there.

The title was taken from a videogame arcade that used to be on the main street of Hamilton, New Zealand in the 1980s and early ’90s. For  years after it closed, its signage remained – cracked and broken. Sadly I didn’t get a photo of it.
